I wish I could leave 0 star instead of 1 star for that place. Office is poorly managed. The Doctor should retire. He’s old and has more patients than he can handle. I do not suggest anyone to go there. Go to Tampa or Fort Lauderdale instead. Don’t waste your time going there.
I wish I could leave a negative 1 star instead of 1 star for that place. Office is poorly managed. I called the office couple of times to talk to the Doctor or one of the PA’s, front desk always told me one of them would call me back and til’ this day they haven’t. The Doctor should retire. He’s old and has more patients than he can handle. I do not suggest anyone to go there. The Doctor don’t really communicate to family members. Go to Tampa, Miami or Fort Lauderdale instead. Don’t waste your time going there.
Dr Grendys himself is great. He's a great doctor, couldn't ask for more. Most of his office and his supportive staff are terrible. Very hard to get information, very hard to get returned calls. However, at least one of his PAs is great, as well. As far as the Doctor himself, 5 out of five stars, as far as the office itself, one out of five. I'll compromise and give it a two.
