I've never been treated as badly by a doctors office as I have been this past week. Went in with my disc X-ray from my PCP orders on Monday morning. Was told they needed an MRI of my hand. They put a feels like 40 lb cast on to stabilize. I called on Wednesday to see if they had sent referral. Said not yet. They were waiting on my insurance to approve. Called Thursday. No referral yet.
