Dr Docu is awesome but the office stuff/nurse is holding this location down. I want to mention nurse Candice was rude, unprofessional chewing gum and showing zero passion for the job she is doing. The paper sheets rolled on the bed was shrink and trash can full- I don’t think this is the best way to keep a medical office where supposed to be the cleanest. I am also disappointed with the appointment. There is no reason to make one. Still waiting 30-45 min to be called.
Dr. Docu is simply the best doctor I’ve ever had - very thorough, professional, knowledgeable, yet friendly. Encourages questions and explains diagnoses so I can plainly understand. He believes in prescribing only the minimum medication necessary. Nurses are also very competent. A patient for 15 years.
I consider Dr Docu as not only my doctor, but as a friend that I can trust with my health care. He spends enough time with me to explain my medical issues and options for their resolution. He always asks for my input. He is honest and forthright. Dr. Docu is a credit to the practice of medicine
Can I have been feeling Dr Duco for 10 years now and you couldn't ask for a better doctor the staff was courteous and very kind would refer him to anyone
Awful Doctor Told my elderly mother the insurance company wanted her to take additional blood pressure meds When her blood pressure was already under control I checked and insurance companies don't do this He kept calling me babe and doll I have reported him to insurance ethics commission and medical licensing board Advise others to do the same
The staff is particularly the reason I will not return.
The medical staff is good, the Office manager is the most disrespect,rudest person that lacks empathy, and has no customer service skills,she discussed my personal billing information practically in the lobby for everyone to here, after paying 451for insurance, I was treated rudely and threatened to remove me from the practice, this young lady makes the entire practice look bad!I am currently filing a complaint with the Medical Board of Directors for this discrimination! Horrible Service!
One of the BEST pops in the Savannah, Ga area. Always alert to the patients needs. Recently I visited the doctors office to have blood drawn as part or my regular visit. Dr.Docu saw me in the hall, followed me to the nurses office, expressed his concern as to how I looked, offered to drive me home, expedited my blood work, and finally had me admitted to Chandler hospital. Through test concluded that my kidneys were shouting down and he had the foresight to take the actions that saved my life!!!
Dr. Docu has been our primary care physician for over 7 years. He has attended our needs above and beyond excellent professional care. He knows us as people. He has earned our trust. I highly recommend him and his ability to refer me to specialists in a broad range care.
