I had a great experience at Ortho. Dr. SCHWARTZ is a wonderful doctor and a person. His staff were pleasant, kind and very knowledgeable about their work. I was well pleased with my experience there.
Dr. Schwartz is very caring and professional, as well as being very skilled in delicate wrist and hand surgeries. The cleanliness of the Ortho Illinois Center was superb. The nurses that checked me in and prepped me for surgery we're all very friendly and knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend anyone having a procedure at the Ortho Illinois Center. Do not hesitate they make you feel at ease and take good care of you from the time you check in until you check out.
Dr.Schwartz is the epitome of great bedside manner. He puts you at ease and it is very easy to discuss treatment with him. He is Knowledgeable and his explanations are at a patient level to increase understanding. 5 stars!!
Dr Schwartz was very helpful in explaining my injuries and helping me understand to diagnosis and next steps. He was able to see me right away and coordinate my appointments with other doctors that I needed to see for other injuries so I didn't have to make extra trips to the office.
Dr. Schwartz spent a lot of time with us answering all of our questions and explaining our treatment options.
I am very pleased with Dr. Schwartz, he has great bedside manner. I recommend him 100%.
