Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Other than the location and the fact that the doctor only takes walk-ins, the staff was beyond wonderful! They even gave me a ride home when they found out that I had walked there and didn't have a car. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, and the doctor called various locations with me there to ensure that my prescription would be affordable.

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Does this provider remember you by name? Yes, they always put customers first Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert!
