Good doctor, but rude and careless office staff. They never answer the phone or hang up on you. Takes forever to have your refills approved, and you have to go to the office if you want them approved every time. Worst office personnel ever that are damaging the doctor's reputation

If you can get past the dirty waiting room and disgusting carpet, you will find a kind, genuine staff. Mr. Edmundo Garcia is a no-nonsense Doctor! He will hear your concerns, prescribe what you need and send you on your way. "That's what I'm here for" he told me :) and that's what I like! Thank you Dr. Garcia!
Your lucky to get 5 mins with the dr. & if you need more time he tells you we'll discuss it @ next visit. The nurse he has is ok however the appt. maker the girl that cks you in is quite rude @ times. People are pretty much rushed out like cattle as they dont take appts . As many as 20 + ppl can all show up at sime time. Waiting area is small cramped & uncomfortable & you can expect at least a 45 min wait . Dr @ times is compassionate but also has a bit of a temper so dont piss him off .
The doctor is a great guy, friendly and overall a wonderful human being. I reccomend this doctor because he has practices his profession with HEART! the staff, very friendly and all about helping you out.
Both the doctor and staff here are friendly and welcoming. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I mostly like that the waiting time is less than 15 minutes (this has been my experience each time I have been to Dr. Garcia's facility). I've already told my friends and family about the experience I had with Dr. Garcia and his staff and noted his staff is very friendly and professional; I felt welcome.
