This review is for my experience with the receptionist, Rose (?) who took my call on 10/24 at about 4pm. I was calling on behalf of my elderly uncle who still works and has HDS PREMIER Dental Insurance. He needed a new dentist because his former dentist has retired. I called Dr. Char based on location, good reviews, and the HDS website clearly states they are accepting new patients.
