I’ve been a patient of Dr Hernandez Pons since 2016. He doesn’t rush visits, listens to your concerns , works well with your specialist and can send him a message through your portal and HE responds not his staff.

Unprofessional and unwelcoming. The receptionist has always been kind and helpful. But the manager often interrupts other staff members and treats patients rudely. The staff forgot to send a very needed refill for over a month to one of my family members (still haven't done so to this day after saying they would). Doctor also yelled at family member. Staff would not double check records or change codes after being charged for something wrongfully.

Dr. Hernandez Pons is very professional, compassionate, and the most thorough doctor I've ever had.

Very rude office staff. The staff does not answer the phone. Leave a message and don't get a call back. Office staff does not want to do their job. Very unprofessional. Can't talk to the doctor and can't trust what the office staff tells you. When they answer the phone they don't want to talk to you so they hang up on you. Will not be going back . Feel bad for dr. Hernandez .

Awful. The staff is extremely rude. The waiting time is about an hour or longer, when I asked how much longer it would take the answer was : we don’t know maybe 2 hours or more. The don't work on Fridays, all holidays and school vacations the office is closed. Last appmt only 3:30 and the waiting time for an appmt is almost 2 months.do not choose this doctor, they book several people the same time and the staff is negligent.
