Dr Eddie is a 5 star dental surgeon. It is his office staff- particularly the insurance billing that is very disappointing. We were told they would reach out to our insurance 1 month prior to surgery for an estimate. They called the day before and expected payment after they did not follow through on getting an estimate from our insurances- (we have medical and 2 dental for coverage). Someone needs to update the address cause I drove around and cant find it
Our experience at this office was not good at all. The Doctor never succeeded in giving me a legitimate referral to another oral surgeons office, (like he promised me he would) after cancelling my sons wisdom teeth extraction on the day of surgery. It’s been one month and still nothing. I’ve never encountered anything like this before. Unbelievable, really.
