I will never go back to this practice. The doctor DO NOT WASH HIS HANDS before seeing a patient. Used the same gloves he rolled in with to shake my hand. No ear protection. The nurse did not wear any gloves to pass the tongue depressors. I'm calling the board and OSHA on him and the staff. Just because you USE TO work for the VA. DO NOT give you the right to cross contaminate patients. Right now I'm feeling sick due to putting confidence in a so called ENT PERSONAL. I will find another ENT DR. HE'S NOT IT!!!!!!

I got charged for the service weeks later and I shouldn’t have been charged. I feel it was pointless making the appointment

I went to see Dr. Earl Gollightly, ENT, Griffin. This was such an unfortunate experience. On my second visit to his office I was administered a hearing test while still experiencing an ear infection. The technician was placing a headset without protective covers on the earpieces. I removed the headset and explained my infection could be worsened by the unsanitary look of the device and that I could possibly infect another user.
