Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I thought the staff was friendly. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. I'm usually somewhat tense going to the dentist but Dr.Marrow was so considerate of my pain and he is gentle. The office is comfortable and clean. The girls are polite, I've never waited more than 3-5 minutes. There was lots of available parking at their office. I would definitely recommend him to my grown children and friends.
