The staff and Dr. went above and beyond my expectations. We found our dentist for life. The 3 children loved their experience and were not scared at all.
Today was my first visit to Dr. Terry Smith's office as a patient. I was a little nervous and had some concerns about my dental health. I immediately was put at ease when the dental hygienist named Kari welcomed and walked me back to the examining room. She had a beautiful smile and a soft voice. Kari was patient with me. As always Dr. Smith and his staff were friendly and very professional. Dr. Smith was short staffed on the day of our visit and yet all three of my children were seen in a timely manner. He also found time to squeeze me in even though I did not have an appointment.
The visit was excellent! The dental hygienist did a great job as always.
Great office staff-Dr. Smith provides the absolute best in patient care . His dental technician Carrie does an exceptional job . I would not go to any other office.
Dr. Terry Smith and his dental team give great dental care. They are readily available in emergencies. They always give reminders for upcoming appointments. You don't have to wait long in the waiting room. They are friendly and personable. Their fees are reasonable.
The staff there are so nice and professional.
