For the past 6+ months, dating back to June 2020, I've been attempting to resolve a payment dispute with Dr. Espinoza and my insurance company. Dr. Espinoza has refused to take full responsibility for what is owed back to me after my insurance reimbursed his office -- essentially paying him twice -- instead of directly back to me for 9 sessions.
