I met Dylan when he took care of my mother in the Passavant Lutheran Community. When I needed care I immediately made an appointment. He clipped all of my nail and set me up for regular care every three months. He knew my health care would cover it. Then he removed a very painful ingrown toenail piece. After lidocaine and a lot of calming conversation it was done in two quick cuts and the pain was gone.
