Dr. Sutton has the WORST receptionist name Susan ever. She is very rude and violates HIPPA. I would never recommend anybody to that office.
I’ve seen Dr. Sutton twice - both times without insurance. I found him to be kind, considerate, empathetic, and very aware of my financial limitations. I have told everyone about him and how impressed I was. Now I finally got insurance through work and cannot wait to make him my regular primary care doctor. His staff was also kind and and compassionate - to the point that I thought “I would love working with people like this.”
Laughably-3 of the 4 one star reviews have never been a patient of the practice they are reviewing. Online reviews are completely worthless as they can be manipulated by people that have never been at the practice. Online reviews are not valid, so ignore them
