Rushed appointment, I felt like cattle as he schedules about 5 other patients at the same time as you, call you all back, examines you all one after the other, then has you come in his office. Office staff is rude and uncaring. I had pharmacogenomic testing done prior to surgery because I have had abnormal complications in the past. I was scheduled for surgery last week but fpr some reason the dr and staff refused to see me or return my phone calls for another appointment. Meanwhile i am worried about me health circumstances. If i was a person of a certain color, i would have been given another appointment already because that scheduling coordinator is very prejudice.
If I could give a minus five star I would. I had two surgeries both with huge complications, and multiple mistakes made by the team and surgeon. I am in the medical field so the only reason I am alive is I knew better. Second surgery was to fix complication from the first surgery but ended up with a hole in an organ. Even when I went into the ER, not a single team member bothered to see me even after the ER physician called three times. Dr Im just blew it off, no apology, no empathy.
