I was scheduled for surgery last week but fpr some reason the dr and staff refused to see me or return my phone calls for another appointment. Meanwhile i am worried about me health circumstances. If i was a person of a certain color, i would have been given another appointment already because that scheduling coordinator is very prejudice.
If I could give a minus five star I would. I had two surgeries both with huge complications, and multiple mistakes made by the team and surgeon. I am in the medical field so the only reason I am alive is I knew better. Second surgery was to fix complication from the first surgery but ended up with a hole in an organ. Even when I went into the ER, not a single team member bothered to see me even after the ER physician called three times. Dr Im just blew it off, no apology, no empathy. Dr. Im is an outstanding surgeon and health professional; Mini Varghese is an excellent CRNA (anesthetist), and the entire Mercy oncology team is second-to-none. I am extremely grateful for their help.
