Everything went very smoothly. The staff was very friendly and I couldn’t be happier.
Dr. Kiker has great bedside manners, he makes a thorough assessment, is familiar with previous patient visits, and follows up.
I had a colonoscopy on August 2, 2022, at Hill Country Ambulatory Surgery Center in Cedar Park. I met Dr. Kiker in the operating room before I was anethnetized. After the surgery, he told me my results in the recovery area. He fully answered my questions before the colonoscopy and shared the results clearly. He was recommended by my primary care physician. I would definitely use Dr. Kiker again as he was much more efficient than the doctor who did my previous colonoscopy and I have confidence in his qualifications.

The staff was friendly and put my concerns at ease. Dr Kiker was quick, and professional. For a healthy person needing a colonoscopy, the practice is definitely recommended. You can pre-screen via phone and your first visit is the procedure. A nurse will contact you prior to your surgery date and go over any questions you may have. Highly recommended.
I am not always thrilled with Physicians bedside manners but Dr. Kiker was an absolute pleasure to meet. This was my first procedure with GI and he made the visit professional, comfortable and informative. As a nurse I am always interested in straight forward analysis and Dr. Kiker was thorough in his report. Provided education and information in simple terms.
He explained how the procedure will be done. After the procedure, he told me the result & when to have the procedure again. He answered all my concerns. He is good, kind & nice doctor. The nurses (Mindy & Brandy) are kind, respectful & nice. They are approachable. Praise God! The result of my colonoscopy is normal!
My wife and I have called 3 times to get the results of my biopopsys done on a colonoscopy done on 6/15 and we have heard nothing
