Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Kiker was less than satisfactory. I used him for nine months and during that time, I saw him at a new patient visit and on my last visit which I had to ask for because "he doesn't see follow-up patients." I saw his nurse practitioner several times. She was kind and knowledgeable. However, following an MRI diagnosis of non-alcoholic cirrosis, I wanted to see the specialist not an NP. I was 6 weeks into an ulcerative colitis flare up and felt miserable. In this last 2 weeks since my visit with Dr. Kiker it’s now much much better. My start up kit for Humera will be delivered today, Dr. Kiker has accomplished in 2 weeks what I’d been working on for a year, getting back on a biological drug for UC. Great job

Dr. Kiker was quick to fit me in to his appointment schedule. His staff was quick, professional and understanding. Dr. Kiker had his staff obtain referral from my insurance company to perform two procedures to diagnose my medical problems and quickly got me scheduled for those procedures. His professionalism and demeanor demonstrate a high standard of excellence. Do not hesitate to consult and seek treatment from him.
I met Dr. Kiker as a new patient for evaluation in advance of a routine colonoscopy. Dr. Kiker took time to answer questions including numerous concerns about digestive health. After the procedure he again took time to explain the results and offer advice. His staff, in conjunction with Hill Country Endoscopy Center were attentive and followed-up both before and afterwards. No problem with scheduling or billing.

I would recommend Dr. Kiker to anyone that needs a down to earth caring Dr. He makes you feel comfortable and answers all your questions in easy understandable ways. His office personal are also very friendly and helpful.
He is so patient oriented, who is willing to listen to his patients. Would recommend him to anyone who has a GI issue!!!
I had complications, and during the procedure and follow up care him and his office were amazing and very professional.
