While Dr. Dyer is an excellent doctor, his immediate staff are less than helpful. No return calls, appointments not scheduled, incorrect information passed on to pt and more. Extremely frustrating and an unfortunate reflection on a wonderful surgeon and person.
Dr Dyer is an AMAZING Ortho Surgeon and has great bedside manners. He takes good care of his patients and his medical assistant is always nice and quick to respond to calls and messages. I’m thankful for Dr Dyer and his staff. ❤️
Plainspoken, warm, friendly. Discussed the options and chatted back and forth about the best way to proceed. Really great experience on first appointment.
