Her office is a mess! Waited over an hour for my appt before I left! Dr Madala herself seems like a good, caring cardiologist, but she needs help in the office. Waited on hold 23 minutes to schedule my last appt and then when I actually went in waited an hour and still hadn’t seen the doctor so I left!
Having worked with Dr. Madala for several years now, I can attest to her knowledgeable care, skill set, empathy and compassion. Dr. Madala has been my Cardiologist since 2003. I am ver fortunate to have her as my Cardiologist. She is not only an excellent Cardiologist but also a very caring and loving human being which makes her all the more appreciative. She takes great care of all her patients. I have been Dr. Durga Madala's patient since 2008. During my first appointment with her, I was impressed by her friendly front desk staff who accommodated my schedule. If I had to describe Dr. Durga Madala and her team in one word, it would be "exceptional." I am grateful to be a long-term patient because she goes beyond the traditional doctor-patient relationship and treats me like family.

I am a 35+ year Heart Patient with 12 of those years now with Dr Madala. In just over the last year she and her team have saved my life (again). I Went from scheduled for a very high risk 3rd Open heart surgery but thanks to Dr Madalas testing, recommendations and care she was able to Medically set me on a stronger path and diagnose a problem with my (3rd) Pacemaker/Defibrillator which was corrected.
