Dr. Whitlock and his staff are Wonderful! Very friendly and my questions were answered. Every step through the exam was explained and patiently took their time with me. Dr. Whitlock is Awesome! He explains everything and puts me at ease. Thank you to all!

This doctor chose to dismiss my 70+ year old mother after being a patient for years with him, leaving her in tears. They get a new computer system that messed up scheduling and tell her she's late for her appointment when she was actually 15 minutes early, make her wait forever, and when she asks this so called professional about it, he argues with her, and then tells his assistant to dismiss her. Hippocratic oath not in practice here, and kindness not even remotely in play by him or his staff
What a horrible experience I had. This doctor has absolutely no manners, blames the patient for his incompetence and keeps poor records. He doesn't listen to the patient and only wants to push the latest expensive Rx for his profit.
I've had recurring problems with pink eye (which is contagious) so when I showed up today, the receptionist told me that I was more than 15 min late so I couldn't be seen by the doctor. She said the office gives patients 15 extra min to arrive. My phone said I was 10 min late & their clock was fast. My appt would take only 5 min but she refused. Unfair & rude. Because the waiting room was packed, she didn't mind dumping me. I asked that the doc make the decision but she refused and was rude
Dr Whitlock did an excellent job from start to finish with my cataract surgery. He was very informative and set realistic expectations. I would definitely recommend him to others.
At 64 years old I never had surgery in my whole life and was terrified. I did not want anesthetic and Dr. Whitlock told me that I wouldn't need it. There was no pain or discomfort at all and the vision in my eye has been restored back to 20/30. He is the best!
