Dr. Downing is amazing. I had to see an ophthalmologist immediately because of a huge bump on my eyelid. I had seen another ophthalmologist but it was not getting any better. Dr. Downing was recommended to me by a colleague of his. He was super responsive. Even though Dr. Downing was not seeing patients the next day, he exceptionally scheduled to meet with me the next day on a Friday so I wouldn’t have to wait until Monday.
