Even when savino douglas is a good doctor always the team that you work make the difference. The girls attending in front desk today March 16, 9:20 my appointment was canceled for 1 minute late. The girls in front desk was very unprofessional and with no education at all, and this make the difference in any place you go. I hope u improve front desk training the be nice with patients.
Rating Dr Savino a 1 is too high to start. My first encounter with the Dr was asking staff where the restroom was located in the Boynton Beach office while waiting to be seen. My first impression was how dismissive he was. When he walked in as the treating physician I wasn’t pleased. As the visit went on he displayed poor bedside manner! He didn’t seem the least bit concerned with my toddler’s skin irritation, and while explaining me and my husband’s concerns we were cut off.
