WORST VET I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. you call to get prescription refilled and they say 24 hr notice. 24hrs later... no prescription... 48 hrs later... no prescription and now we are told we need an office visit to get the refill. When we asked why, she had no explanation as to why, for ear drops that our dog has been on as needed for a year, we suddenly have to come in. The best part? They have no appointments available for 4 days! So our pup has to suffer with a painful ear, because they still refused to fill the ear drops... Th... read more
Incredibly thoughtless staff. I was told to arrive at 12:45 for a 1:00 appointment. I got there on time to find a notice on the door stating that they were closed from 12 to 1 for a “staff appreciation lunch”. There were several people in the lobby so I repeatedly banged on the door until someone came out. I explained the situation and was told she’d go talk to someone. SHE NEVER RETURNED! you could start by not asking for a credit card before putting a dog down when he is in extremus on your floor. you are a marvel of billing, in fact a billing machine. but you have lost the humanity required to be effective veterinarians because of your corporate culture. post this honest criticism.
