RecommendedI was afraid I wouldn't be able to care for Benny (my 11 year old, blind, rescue Pug) when I got the 2nd Covid shot. I asked if boarding was open and explained the situation. VCA on Ramon was so helpful! I had scheduled for 4 days but it turned out I needed more - called and explained and they were helpful again! The entire time he was there the staff sent update pictures of Benny being happy! I am so grateful for the care he received.

This morning I woke up to a sick Staffy! I drove her to the VCA and they were able to work her in even with COVID! The curb side system works! I dropped her off in good hands. Thank God for dog insurance! After an X-ray and two medications, I was able to bring my baby home. I want to thank all the staff that took care of my Grace! Thank you Dr. Kunz.

VCA Desert Animal Hospital 🏥 has been our family’s go to animal Dr. With out a doubt! They take such good care of our animals and they REALLY CARE! Thank you VCA Hospital ❤️ When I had to put my 13 year old cat to sleep, I received a sympathy card from the Dr and staff - they all signed the card and left a copy of the poem Rainbow Bridge 🌈 I cant express how much it means to me that they cared enough to do that. Especially because of COVID-19 I was unable to be with my kitty in her last moments.

The WORST Vets EVER, avoid them , VCA Indio. They have you make an appointment, u call them once u get there, waited 45 more minutes in car, finally after calling them, they came out to get our dog. 45-50 min, NO communication , called them again , said they have emergencies, she will be next , waited another hour , the front door was open , asked about my dog and told to get outside and call.
