Dr. Hofmann is a big, avuncular teddy bear, who also happens to be an outstanding orthopedic surgeon. He replaced my right knee, and I could not be more satisfied. Basically, there were no surprises, and no complications. The new knee works great. I am sorry to learn that he is retiring from OSS.
Dr. Hoffman replaced my right knee in 2014 and my right hip in 2016. I had outstanding results from both surgeries. He has many years of experience and he is very proficient at his craft.
Doc Hofmann & his staff are #1 in our books. I fell & broke my hip & Doc H operated on me. He was kind, caring, compassionate, explained everything so I could understand it, and best of all he visited every day in the hospital, which is unheard of today. He is very knowledgeable and was willing to answer all of my questions. He always has a smile to share. His nurses are truly kind and are also very caring and compassionate. I even enjoy going to the office.
Highly recommended from friends, I found Dr. Hofmann to be great, what I wanted in a Dr. Truthful, honest, compassionate, sincere and good at his profession. Being a doctor with charisma personal interest, it makes you want to get better, it all helps. My knee operation was a success through his interest. OSS people are great to work with.
