A horrifying interaction like NOTHING ever experienced. We took my mother to have her evaluated for memory decline. Within 10 minutes, he became visibly agitated she wouldn't recognize her memory loss, told her she has Alzheimer's & said it was a very "dire situation". He was hostile– with a woman who was already anxious & confused. He justifies his cruel delivery by stating he is an expert & it's what she needs to hear. He should reconsider how he says what he says. I would NEVER recommend him.
