My wife made an appointment, before hand they called her to let her know her insurance was efficive and went on scheduling an appointment. We drive three hours as they knew we had to travel. As we arrive they tell my wife her insurance plan was not in their network and it was going to be a $400 out of pocket bill. That is something they should of told her when they first called her back. What a terrible and disrespectful place. I've been going here for over 5 years. I missed one appointment due to the death of a family member and when I called to reschedule the lady was very rude the way she talked and told me they wouldn't see me again if I missed another appointment and they where doing me a favor by giving me another chance so I told her it's okay I'll try somewhere else and she hung up on me.
