I have been coming to this dentist for a long period of time with my husband and never had a complaint. Until recently that my husband had to wait almost 2 hours inside the office for them to say he cannot be seen. It is not fair that he had to leave his job earlier for them to not see him. Basically they cancel his appointment and put someone else instead. This is really unprofessional. We decided we will not be using their services anymore. I have been going to this dentist for about five years now and I have been treated very good, with manner and professionalism. Dr Gulz is very funny , his sense of humor already makes you feel relaxing specially me with my high anxiety when it comes to a dentist visit. When you walk in the door the staff is very friendly and professional they answered all my questions prior to this appointment. I did not feel rushed they took their time to talk about my dental needs. The place is clean and bright. Highly recommended.

The worse dentist in the whole entire world I have called on 9/25/18 because i was in extreme pain because the filling of my rool canal had fallen out and when i had some water, the nerve got sensitive so i had my whole head hurting. I was looking on the internet for some competent endodontists and Dr. Douglas B. Highly recommended!! I have never been to a dentist who went out of his way to help me the way Dr. Gultz and his staff did for me. They have both an exceptionally talented and professional crew, as well as extremely affordable pricing. I was handled with a professionalism and efficiency that is unfortunately sometimes sorely lacking at other dentists. I got checked and cleaned, a filling, and a crown quickly, easily, and painlessly. They made sure to be extremely kind, patient, and courteous.

If you are having major work done, do not go to this office. Doctor is rude and in appropriate and the office is just not good at what they do. If you are getting a cleaning or something anyone can do then go ahead, but nothing major. You've been warned.
