I have been coming to this dentist for a long period of time with my husband and never had a complaint. Until recently that my husband had to wait almost 2 hours inside the office for them to say he cannot be seen. It is not fair that he had to leave his job earlier for them to not see him. Basically they cancel his appointment and put someone else instead. This is really unprofessional. We decided we will not be using their services anymore. When it comes to seeing a dentist I go no where else than to Dr. GULTZ. Dr. GULTZ is a very knowledgable dentist and a standup gentleman.I like that he's straight forward with me always. His staff is awesome. They are always kind and smiling. Thank you all.
All I can say is UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL!! This dentist (Dr. Gultz) basically was very rude and disrespectful to me because of miscommunication on the behalf of his staff. I drove all the way from NC to come get some cavities filled and tooth extracted. I explained this over the phone to his staff and they didn't say this couldn't be done. They agreed to schedule.
