Dr. Sam is the best. I recently had to switch insurance providers and can no longer see him. Oh how I miss this office. It’s such a shame because he’s so much more honest than the other dentists I’ve tried. Do yourself a favor & make Dr. Sam your dentist.
I normally don’t post reviews, but patients and potential employees deserve a warning. The office atmosphere is toxic. This doctor frequently yells, disrespects staff, and cancels patient appointments last minute just because he “doesn’t feel like working.” Hygiene is questionable—his breath is constantly bad, and cleanliness is not prioritized. Staff are made to cover for his unprofessionalism. This isn’t about a bad day—this is how he consistently operates. Patients and workers, beware.
I used my insurance to make new friends and when I didn't have insurance I got great advice to look for a dentist to fix the problem I pointed out when I had insurance.
Hands down the best dentist I've ever had! Dr Sam is honest and professional but also a little bit silly. His Staff are also great! :)
