Dr. Ross's office is slow in referral response and administrative services. His staff is untrained and overwhelmed. They aren't equipped to handle cases in a timely manner. Our attorney dropped them and referred an office that was able to professionally handle our case with a sense ofurgency. We encourage you to consider another doctor's office if you're in a difficult case.
