Awesome Dentists and staff. Very caring and comfortable atmosphere . I am in my 60's and have been afraid of dentists all my life. These people understand traumatized patients and were so kind . I had to change dentists because my insurance changed. I would give my "eye" teeth to be treated by the Johnsons again. My insurance has changed again and I can only pray that the Johnsons are on the new list.

He is very kind and helpful. He is honest. He likes to help people out! He is also the best dad in the world!!!!!

Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely Did the toothpaste used during your cleaning taste OK? Absolutely Was the wait time for your appointment reasonable once you got to the office? Absolutely Was the waiting area spacious enough? Totally
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Yes, they gave me one when I asked
They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
