My experience with Douglas Becker was frustrating and humiliating. He seemed to have absolutely no interest in helping me. Instead, he insinuated that I was making up the pain and discomfort I've been experiencing for nine months. This was especially bizarre since he asked few relevant questions and conducted almost no hands-on exam.

I saw Dr. Becker after a car accident for some shoulder pain. Both the doctor and staff were wonderful and explained to me what to expect and everyone was very nice! I also had physical therapy with Sara who was awesome!
Doctor Becker is easy to talk to . A stand up guy with the right stuff to fix your problem. He and his taem did an excelent job on my most important right shoulder rotor cuff repair.
The entire staff at Dr. Beckers office was extremely enjoyable to work with. My pre and post surgery required a lot of additional visits to the office. From Brenda at the front desk, to my physical therapist Kristen, I always had a positive experience.
I have had multiple surgeries by Dr. Becker beginning in 2007. I have been extremely pleased with my orthopedic care from his clinic. I did have a secondary infection with one of my surgeries and he went to the ends of the earth to make sure I received the care I needed and sent me for a few different opinions to make sure I got the right care. I had a surgery in 2011, I had my MRI, I was looking for a second opinion, he agreed that the solution with my cartilage was an arthroscopic surgery however in my first appointment he told me I will need to stop any sport for 4 weeks, so far so good, at the time in the clinic then he said that it will take 8-12 weeks, quite different than the first time. I would not recommend this doctor- he hardly spent any time with me. He seemed in a hurry and not interested at all when I started to list my symptoms, he seemed more concerned that my xrays looked "perfectly healthy". It was as though he believed that since my xrays were just fine, that I must be imagining all the pain I'm in. I am very disappointed in this provider and will definitely not be returning, I'll be seeking another doctor out immediately.
Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne.
