If I can give zero stars I would. This lady is very rude and disrespectful. Even when calling her office, they are all very rude. I wanted to ask questions and they made me like I was dumb for asking even on my first question. Go some where else! Go to someone who is there to help you, answer your questions, and make you feel like you matter. Go to someone that actually cares about your health in more ways that you need.
Dr Douglas office is very poorly run. I am now seeing another Dr. and after reviewing her treatment notes said and I quote "she is practicing malpractice. Office manager is questionable in almost every respect. If you go get written plan with cost up front and keep track of everything. I would not recommend going to this office to anyone. The treatments do work for which I am grateful but I would find another office. An addition, I am now considering a MalPractice law suit since my right shoulder is very good but my left sho... read more
