To clarify, I would give Dr. Totoian FIVE STARS - he is a wonderful physician. My mom has been his patient for nearly ten years and I've accompanied her to every appointment; she's always spoken of him highly and been very happy with the level of care she's received from him. I'm protective of my mom, who is elderly and increasingly medically fragile, so I've observed their interactions closely and I find his manner to be compassionate and warm. Dr. Totoian is very thorough physician. He is kind and genuinely cares about his patients. Office staff are always warm, friendly and accommodating with scheduling and referral needs. I highly recommend this provider.
The Doctor is WONDERFUL!!! Caring & does not rush the appointments. My husband & I are very comfortable & confident with his direction in health care. On the other hand, ....Carol ..... the office manager is absolutely a nightmare to deal with!!!!!!!! We have recently moved on. Carol has Failed to follow thru with 2 Specialist Referrals.
