My son was premature and he was randomly assigned to Dr. Moore for retinopathy of prematurity. Not only was I not happy about being told to leave my son's side while I was in the NICU (she claims that it is too tough on parents to see what she does), but after his discharge I attended two visits to her office location and she was rather rude to me and my husband. My children and I have been going to Dr. Moore for years and we all love her. She always remembers us and even asks about my kids when I go in alone. She is always very professional when it comes to the exam, she is all business which tells me she is taking it all very seriously but still takes time to make sure she has addressed all my concerns. Her staff is great especially with my kids. They try to make it as fun as possible for kids. We get a smile and hello when we arrive and a see ya real soon when we leave. I wouldn't... read more
