Dr. Dora just simply saved my life from mismanagement of other MDs. She is in medical business, helping clients with mental issues, for almost 40 years. I completely trust her in resolution of my mental and psychological twists. Her procedures are very professional, well balanced, and precise. It needlessly say that she is my primary MD and health advisor for last 8 years. She helped me to propell my life to unthinkable achievements.

I wish I had checked Google reviews before going to Dr. Dora. My first appointment was ok. It was cold and her demeanor was very professional but almost uninterested. She gave me options and we made a plan. I was in between jobs so my insurance lapsed for a few months. Once my new insurance kicked in, I called to request an appointment and a refill (which had been given to me during the time I was uninsured). I scheduled an appointment on Zocdoc, and the drs assistant “Rachel” decides to call me after 5pm and text me! I might be really confused but i don’t think it’s professional for a doctors office to text a new or current patient. After i spoke my option, Rachel kindly replied with “Sorry for disturbing you. If you find our office unprofessional. Please cancel your appointment on Zocdoc and find someone else. Thank you.” As a doctor and a doctors office you adhere to a code of conduct. Dangerously insensitive and unprofessional. Her from desk staff were absolutely lovely and helpful but my experience with the doctor left me in total shock. It was pretty shocking.
