It is nice to do business with people that simply do their job as they stated they would.
Well I can tell you if you get a quote from them they will give you a free weeks worth of cleaning. They do a fantastic job too, and back it up by consistently performing like they did in the beginning. This is a super service, with a great no risk free trial.
When I call, I either get Dr. Don or one of his service Reps on the phone. If that phone isn’t answered immediately then I always get a quick return phone call. The level of customer service is exceptional and their top priority is having a satisfied customer.
Always right on time and the office is always sparkling clean and smells so nice when we come in. Dr. Don calls from time to time to make sure we are happy and have no questions or concerns. We appreciate that kind of customer service.
