I visited Dr. Katcher for an annual wellness exam. During this visit, she recommended that I see a dermatologist for a skin issue that I mentioned. She then charged me for an office visit on top of a wellness visit, resulting in an unexpected fee, for this advice to go see a dermatologist. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this office. After going through a miscarriage—a very stressful and emotional time—I felt there was little to no bedside manner or compassion shown throughout the process. Important communication felt delayed, and I had to repeatedly follow up just to get a return-to-work letter, which added even more stress when I was already struggling.
