I had an extremely disappointing experience with this office. After going through a miscarriage—a very stressful and emotional time—I felt there was little to no bedside manner or compassion shown throughout the process. Important communication felt delayed, and I had to repeatedly follow up just to get a return-to-work letter, which added even more stress when I was already struggling. Knowledgeable and and excellent communicatior- Dr. Catcher Listens empathetically, and proactively provides solutions. Very appreciative of her professional and empathetic manner.
Giving this practice one star is being generous. Dr.Katcher and NP Emma K. do not care about their patients . They are quick to dismiss and write you off. So sad. Such malpractice.
