My wife had a very small spot removed, and this butcher left her with a scar 6x bigger than the spot removed, that's very bumpy and puffy, and you can see the lines from the stitches, over a year later, and it's constantly itchy! If you call, it's a maze of answering machines and no one calls you back. I had a small, .75" basal cell excised. Their procedure was 5" wide and they layered the skin rather than stitching so the edges meet - resulting in a wound that did not heal. Pathology came back that some cells remained at one point, but the office had no idea where that point was - gross negligence on their part.
