The pandemic was already stressful enough but to be suddenly released as a patient with a undiagnosed skin condition that was getting to the point of drawing blood is unprofessional. I did not get any reasonings why I was released as well. This office should have a lawsuit & be shut down. Practitioners are rude as well. Not helpful at all. Did not get any answers as to my skin condition that was flaring up so bad I was drawing blood due to itching etc. i repeatedly informed the practitioner I had here that fact as well. My wife had a very small spot removed, and this butcher left her with a scar 6x bigger than the spot removed, that's very bumpy and puffy, and you can see the lines from the stitches, over a year later, and it's constantly itchy! After leaving five voices messages, no one has ever called her back, and she has officially and permanently been discharged as a patient. If you call, it's a maze of answering machines and no one calls you back. I had a small, .75" basal cell excised. Their procedure was 5" wide and they layered the skin rather than stitching so the edges meet - resulting in a wound that did not heal. Pathology came back that some cells remained at one point, but the office had no idea where that point was - gross negligence on their part.
