The office staff and facility have absolutely nothing to do with Dr. Johns. My family received excellent care by Dr. Johns and we never once waited long IN THE EXAM ROOM. We miss Dr. Johns.
I have always had a great experience with Johns with each visit. My son has Beckers Muscular Dystrophy and has always recieved excellent care. ????
The Dr does not talk too you ,he faces a wall and never even looks directly at the patient ever,if you like waiting over 2-4 hrs each appointment, then he is the Dr for you. Also the office staff is a bunch of idiots you cannot call them EVER as they don't not EVER answer the phone.NO THANKS.
Came to the office at 3:00 still not seeing a doctor at 5:30. Worst experience I ever had. Office staff needs to be taught how to be professional. Still don't understand why scheduling patient's every 15 minutes is necessary when they only take 1 patient per hour. Really regret picking this off but don't want to change the doctor during treatment, only reason I'm still here. Not even one star. 0 stars for this
My child needed an ap after being in the hospital. The deal.. they squeeze me in at end of the day & I wait until he was done to be seen. I waited 2 hrs & would do it again in a heartbeat. We have a shortage for Pediatric Neurology in Vegas. He's going to be busy and yes it can be frustrating when we wait (I did with a 1 year old). However, he spent an hour discussing my child's case, stayed until 7pm to see me, and I didn't feel rushed at all. He's a great doctor!
Dr.. Johns keeps patients waiting for over an hour to 2 hrs to be seen.. Staff is unprofessional.
Very unprofessional staff. Old facility. Impossible to schedule appointment on a timely manner. Even when there are no immediate appointment they refuse to provide test results over the phone. With a 16 month old you must wait 4 months on average before test and next follow up which is ridiculous knowing the growth rate of babies. Wait time at the office over 1 hour and that?s for a 9:30 appointment when the office opens at 9 imagine that. Referrals by mail ? how ridicules is that mail????
I would never recommend Dr. Johns. His staff is unprofessional. While using the restroom ( located steps away from the check in) staff continued to talk negatively about a client by name and her personal business. The day before my daughter is due to have an EEG ( has been scheduled for 2 weeks) they leave a message 30 minutes prior to the office closing to say my insurance declined the procedure. Time was taken off from work and school, to be notified at the last minute when they had 2 wks.
Been in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours, still haven't seen a doctor. At least 10 patients came and went while we waited.
