I've been going to this office since childhood, first with Dr. Jackson and then Dr. Bergsma for the past couple of decades. He's an awesome Doc, very thorough and knowledgeable. He's also very thoughtful.I love the whole office, every single staff member, they have always been extremely nice.
Great staff and a wonderful Physician. I had real concerns and a lot of questions when I went to see Dr Bergsma. Dr Bergsma sat with me and spent the time to answer all my questions and explain the purpose of each test he performed. I cannot recommend his practice highly enough.
Dr. Bergsma is an extremely good doctor....he has done cataract surgery on both my eyes. You will love him and is staff...they are efficient and do not rush anything....very thorough with testing....he listens to your concerns and compIetly answers your questions....I really am so happy with this doctor. I highly recommend him.
Very thorough, explains things in vocabulary you can easily understand. Includes the patient in all decisions. This is combined with a friendly staff.
Dr. Bergsma is a very carrying and understanding person. He talks to you and includes you in the decision of what is to be done if you are having a problem.
