Dr Mauldin is a scam artist, a fraud. Recently had a IR evaluation with this man. A few issues with him 1: he went as fast as he could through the so called exam not taking notice or properly evaluating the issues. Then after 2min 13 seconds yes I timed his so call evaluation he spent the following 17 minutes telling me if he was me he would go back to my dr and tell her I’m not hurting and how she should release me to full duty. Hmm. Where do I start? Ok so I had an appointment I had no clue about scheduled by this office. No one called me to schedule or confirm the first time. No on could tell me who was it that scheduled it or what this Dr. specialized in. They have called me a couple of times asking for the wrong patient.
