Dr. Knapke was very thorough and was able to squeeze my mom in for surgery within a few weeks. She’s been in pain for more than a year and he provided a clear explanation of her diagnosis, and impressed upon on- which not many doctors have done- the severity of her orthopedic hip. I wish we would have gone to Dr. Knapke first.
Doc Shapiro is the best knee guy around. My only regret is that I didn’t start with him years ago - I’m certain I’d have avoided a lot of pain and discomfort and physical limitations. After a Mega Oats procedure I’m training for a marathon - something I never imagined I’d be able to do. Doc is truly excited about the work he does and has a great bedside manner. Everything went well with this visit. He listened to another concern & added positive comments.
Kyle is so kind and efficient. Great at giving injections.
He was professional and kind. I was very at ease as he explained my issues to me.
The appointments drag on for hours waiting for the doctor. It seemed like a zoo in there, very chaotic and fast-paced. The surgical experience was more worrisome. The surgical staff had miscommunications with scheduling, but acted as if that were normal and said it happens all the time. I ended up waiting the whole day for surgery, rather than 2 hours as scheduling said I would. Afterwards, there was a single follow up, 2 weeks out so I cut my own sutures out.
