Dr. Donald Keenan is an Excellent Physician. He is extremely thorough and takes the time to answer all the patients questions/concerns. His bedside manner is very caring. I am so happy that he was my Physician for many years. I am extremely saddened that he noloner is with UPMC and nolonger practices in New Castle, Pa.
