I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution

Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office?
