They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
Dr. Kareus is my main provider and is absolutley amazing!! His schedule can be pretty booked some days and the staff has no problem scheduling me with another provider. At Pueblo, they have both 3 PA's, a PN, and 3 Doctors. If you only want to see a doctor (although the PA's and PN are amazing) just ask. This is also an 042 (HIV+) Specialist. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment.
