Professional, competent and caring.
Went for a tooth extraction. I was given Novocaine. Was left to wait for a very long time . I told nurse I was not numb anymore. When he finally came in I told him I was not totally numb anymore. To which he told me that sometimes happens, though he was going to give me more Novo, The next thing I knew he was pulling the tooth, it shattered ,then he had to drill it out, while I was not numb. It hurt so bad. I could have come back for gas instead another day . No apology, very unprofessional.
