Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Would you recommend this family doctor to others? Yes Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Yes Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Does this provider remember you by name? No, and they don't make an effort to even try Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.
